Our Process
The first step of any consulting engagement is assessment in order to learn about the board, staff and vision of your organization.
Who are you? What do you do well? How are you focusing your time and resources? How do you seek to focus and strengthen your work?
Step two is the design and implementation of processes that will support and strengthen your organization’s work.
As facilitators, we bring processes that engage board and staff more deeply with the work and strategy of the organization.
Our perspective inside of foundations has helped organizations get “out of the weeds” of their work, moving to big picture thinking that strengthens fundraising, communication, and overall effectiveness.
The last step is to integrate plans and strategy into the everyday work of the organization. This may include coaching or training so that board and staff feel confident and competent to move forward.
