The Ross Collective designed and facilitated a strategic planning retreat, built board investment in their work, and supported RCCU to create an agenda for their next year of board work.
Beforehand, The Ross Collective worked with a Design Team of board and staff members to determine the most important conversations for the group to have together. The Ross Collective then collected survey and interview data to guide these conversations and designed a structure of participatory, interactive conversations. During the planning retreat, the group discussed challenges facing the Credit Union, reflected on challenges and opportunities, and built a shared vision for future work.

The Ross Collective’s design and facilitation of Ag Innovations’ strategic planning process supported them in building a strategic plan that included a renewed mission, vision and values.
The virtual process used Google Slides and collaboration software as a way for team members to share ideas and build on each other's work. The process incorporated input from staff members and board throughout.
